About the research

This project brings together researchers, consultants, and group relations practitioners who are using, or are interested in using, Reversal Theory to study how groups actually behave in real time. We are interested in how groups shift their mood and stance, how those shifts help or hinder real work, and what patterns repeat across different settings. We invite people who consult to organizations, Group Relations consultants, and leaders and managers to join us in this effort.  We are on the "ground floor" of our research efforts,  so there is room and scope for many contributors, and theri diverse talents,  ideas and experiences.
