Help us code work group conduct

This is the coding sheet for observing work groups. Each mode comes in triads: the mode, its deformation, and its primitive variant.  We hypothesize that effective groups periodically reverse between modes within the same modality,  e.g., "Challenge" to "Consensus" and back. Groups that are ineffective regress to deformations or primitive variants within a mode, e.g.,  from "Challenge" to "Fight" or "Destroy."
